Golden Buckle C.M.C was started in 1985 by a group of enthusiastic music lovers, over the years it has become a recognised event which welcomes people from up and down the country. Situated in the small village of Walesby surrounded by picturesque landmarks such as Sherwood Forest and Rufford Abbey you will be sure to enjoy the whole experience of your stay with the Golden Buckle C.M.C.

The festival is housed within a marquee on the grounds of Walesby Sports Club, Forest Lane Walesby (view map), camping is also available on site.

Something to do during the day
Take a walk around the home of Robin Hood in the afternoon and then put on your cowboy boots and dance the night away listening to the talented performers who are set to grace the stage in the evenings.   For more information about how you could keep busy whilst the acts are resting please see our Local Area page which is full of useful links and information about local places of interest.
